There are some obvious aspects of the life that we live in, and they include such things like distress, stress, anxiety, panic, amongst so many others, and these things which are normal if they occur on some days in our lives, are beginning to become the source of major mental health problems which limits the happiness in people. They can be different in intensity, duration, and structure, and this can be seen from slight short-term stressor ailments to those extreme mental health problems that we hear about from time to time.
