What other book might you compare Miami Is Missing to and why?

It's hard to compare this to anything else. This is a history book, but unlike other history books I've read, this one has an adventurous feel to it.

What about Vicente Solis’s performance did you like?

Mr. Solis's delivery is very clean, direct, and enjoyable. What I liked best was that he has a Hispanic accent. This contributes greatly to the performance because it gives the book a more genuine feel and plenty of Miami flair.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I thought the chapter on the Krome insane asylum was creepy. The true history of the place was amazing. The Interama chapter is also one of my favorites.
