Refreshing
This book truly will touch the hearts of nature lovers and many other lovers of galore. This book truly captures a sense of family and a love for the outdoors and just exactly how it is continuously healing us.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Spend more time talking about issues facing the parks and less time talking about his thoughts on death.
Would you ever listen to anything by Mark Woods again?

Sad and boring.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
At times it focused on fascinating issues facing our national parks. Those brief sections were excellent.

great narrator, lackluster story, wonderful themes
The topics are wonderful, national parks, conservation arguments were most interesting. The story felt slightly disjointed at times with the author taking time to set up an uncompelling points. Sometimes overly sentimental. Wished I came away with more knowledge about national parks. The details and history were inspiring.
