not about backing.

this book has very little to do with backpacking. It is simply a list of common sense tips for traveling abroad. if you plan to travel around the world maybe 10 out of the hundred tips will be useful for you. many of the tips that are not common sense need further explanation.

Inspiring and very helpful

Would you listen to 100 Backpacking Tips again? Why?

I would listen to 100 Backpacking Tips again, immediately before going on my next trip.

What was one of the most memorable moments of 100 Backpacking Tips?

The narrator is a very experienced backpacker who has traveled through a wide range of environments. He frequently refers to his own experiences while explaining the tips.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favourite tip was "waterproof your shoes." There are several tips about taking care of your feet - probably neglected by the average backpacker, yet they do more walking than other travellers. And I really liked "take some spices in tic tac boxes" - a simple tip that I hadn't thought of before.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It's very clearly explained, always friendly and sometimes amusing.
