Publisher's Summary

Ariana is finally ready to graduate and get a new start at the University of Georgia. But she never expects to meet someone as perfect as Lucas at the beginning of senior year.
Lucas is everything Ariana could ever want in a guy, but he can't be a part of Ariana's new start, not when his family needs him at home.
To make matters worse, Ariana's not sure she can afford to go to UGA herself.
Or if she'll be able to get in.
Ariana will have to choose...
Because she knows she can't have it all.
Ariana quickly realizes Lucas's ex would love to see her gone, but she's ready to fight for what they have.
Will she have to live with the regret of giving up on her dream school? Or will she sacrifice the guy who's captured her heart?

Teen Life & Friendship

Teen & YA Fiction are some of my favorite genres. This story is pretty laid back and if you enjoy listening to the normal everyday lives of teens you will enjoy this book.

I have listened to so many books in this genre but this one was too slow for me. Not much happens in the story then it fast forwards almost 4 years at the end and wraps up with a HEA.

It is cool to have some Spanish mixed in there and the characters were ok but I was not drawn into the story.

The narrator did an Ok job. I found it to be quite slow and sped it up a bit.

**This audiobook was provided free of charge in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion**

Oh teens

2,5 *

Oh uh how should I start?

Not a good choice in the narrator... bad, bad. Well maybe the reading material wasn't interesting enough... Let me explain. It took me more time to understand the story, it was like the characters were just bored to death... and that's so bad for the book.

I missed out on emotion, a very important part for an audiobook, right?

I was struggling to read it to the end.

Another bad thing for me, maybe I'm not used to it, but, repeating every character's name in the same sentence, easy to get lost in the words.

Ariana did this, Lucas said that... All I know is that Ariana doesn' t stop talking about college.
And it's all I know, not so much for the details, some kind of plot... was it a plot? It wasn't captivating me.

High school drama felt like middle school drama. What to expect from a teenage love?

Girl meets boy. Some highs and lows. Girl loses boy. Then live happily ever after. The end.

Nothing special or different, maybe I was expecting more?

I feel bad reviewing this, maybe if I read it instead of listening to it I would be more enthusiast now.
