Publisher's summary

"Lily?" My stomach dropped as a tall, dark-haired man stepped into view. Had he been hiding between the trees? "No. Sorry." Gulping, I took a step back. "I'm not Lily." He shook his head, a satisfied grin on his face. "No. You are Lily." "I'm Summer. You have the wrong person."

You utter freak! I could hear my pulse crashing in my ears. How stupid to give him my real name. He continued to stare at me, smiling. It made me feel sick. "You are Lily," he repeated. Before I could blink, he threw his arms forward and grabbed me. I tried to shout, but he clasped his hand over my mouth, muffling my screams. My heart raced. I'm going to die.

For months, Summer is trapped in a cellar with the man who took her - and three other girls: Rose, Poppy, and Violet. His perfect, pure flowers. His family. But flowers can't survive long cut off from the sun, and time is running out....

AMAZING

this book kept you wondering what was going to happen next and kept you intrested the whole entire time. I love it. And the book was that good that I got my cousin who hates reading to read it on wattpad while I was lazy and listened to it 😂

Meeehh

I was excited ed to listen after reading some of the reviews. Overall the story was ok. There really isn’t any thrill or suspense. The ending of the book ends the story but doesn’t give you any real emotion or sense of what may be next.

Would I listen again or recommend? No

somewhat disappointing

I struggled to get into this book because the narration of the main female character really lacked emotion. She has a nice voice but read more like a news anchor than a victim. The ending was anticlimactic for sure.

Loved this book

Couldn’t stop listening. Dark and twisted in all the right ways. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes books that are dark and twisty.

Contains a ton of realistic suspense!

Very realistic. Sad. Strange behavior. Couldn't stop listening! True to the times we live in.

The story was too good

This is my new favorite book the suspense and the way I could feel how everyone was feeling and what they were going through

Anticlimactic!

Kept me on the edge of my seat until the ending. It was very anticlimactic. Author repeats herself a little too much but it was a good fast read.

It was very predictable.

I felt like I had watched this same story line in a movie before. Maybe. It was just OK for me. I listened to it over a span of a week. I hate when books just abruptly end. Like the author got tired of writing.
