All this newfound male attention is enough to drive a girl crazy! If only she weren't too busy hating Matt McKinney to notice. . . .This funny and thoughtful novel explores how girls feel about their bodies, and the ways they can best take care of their most precious resource: themselves.

very enjoyable listen

The main character, Cat, undergoes some important changes in this book, and it was a pleasure to listen to her journey. I listened to this audiobook in the span of two days and I loved it. I loved the romantic element, although I wish I had seen more of it at the end. I love the inclusion of Einstein's quote about being a vegetarian, and the fact that the author researched the topics discussed in this book in depth, and that writing this story changed her life. I think that's a testament to how great the book is, that it could possibly impact the readers'/listeners' lives.
