Valuable for developing Biblical thought patterns

This is a powerful book for anyone suffering from depression, anxiety, anger, or other negative thought patterns that are influencing your life and relationships.

Lynn Davis approaches various negative thought patterns from the perspective of not only why they are wrong, but what Bible verses or Bible-centered concepts they can be replaced with. All of this is beautifully narrated by Susan Koch.

This is a short, but deep and concept-rich book that will lead you to not only examine your thought life and recognize thought patterns that are defeating you, but will also give you the tools with which to fight those thoughts.

I listened to this book in one sitting, but I will listen to it again on a regular basis to help me overcome unncessary thought clutter and replace it with God's Word.

This was an inexpensive book that will bring great blessings to those who take it seriously. I did, and I'm already reaping rewards.

my perspective of this book by Lynn R Davis

I did not like the narrator's voice. It sounded computerised, but got used to it after a while into the book.

In terms of the book's content, I'd compare it to a pamphlet rather than a book, as I thought it lacked depth.

I agree with the core message, avoiding negativity. Anyone can benefit from avoiding negative self talks.

However, maybe it is suited to some age groups better than others.
