I liked this book because it teaches about the galaxies beyond and what could/does happen in their galaxies. My favorite character was mr. Harnax. I liked him because he was an Alien who helped a lot.

Such Unexpected Fun!
I wanted something light to read, but was so tired of the same 'ol thing. I wasn't necessarily looking for a YA book, but we all know there are some great ones out there. I came across this book quiet by accident and liked the narrator, so I thought Id give it a chance. I started listening and listening and listening... straight thru! I found the characters come to life with the sweetest, summer adventure I could imagine. There were so many laugh-out-loud moments, surprises and believable characters. This author is now on my need to follow - I'm a new fan and encourage everyone to give it a try.

fun read
Even though I am WELL into adulthood, I enjoy "children's" books. I can enjoy the whimsy of the story without having to get bogged down in keeping track of complex story lines and multiple characters. Aliens on Vacation is just a fun read. I liked the premise of the story and its execution. I keep checking for a sequel.
