A Whimsical Holiday Story

I enjoyed this audiobook in an afternoon of driving and holiday shopping. It's sweet whimsical story line takes you into the Santa fantasy world and delights readers with a charming Christmas story that ends with love. Best if enjoyed with a seasonal beverage!

Cute Christmas Tale

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary honest review. I enjoyed this short Christmas story. It put me in the Christmas mood, which I am grateful for. However, I was not impressed by the audiobook. I found the narrator to be completely distracting. I believe a female narrator would have been better. I was not able to connect with any of the characters and I found myself negatively asking "what?!" more frequently than I'd like to. The pauses/transitions before each chapter were so long and I thought that my audible stopped working or froze each time. Overall, I would recommend this book to others. The book is only 92 pages and it was a cute story. Very predictable and fairly rushed, but overall, cute.

Did someone forget to edit this book?

I expected this book to be a little cheesy, but it was worse than cheesy. Was this a self published book with no editor? The characters were always saying, "Anyways" and at one point someone stated that their, "leg was broke."

Really people? I am no English major, but this story drove me crazy! If you do not mind crimes against grammar, it does have a happy ending.
