The main story is good though Morgan is a bit of an idiot. Love Julia Whelan. But there are 15 books in the series but only 5 on audiobook. Ugh - am I going to need to actually read a book rather than listen? Cruel to get you hooked but then stop the series.

One of my favorite series come to audible!

I read all 15 books of this series over 10 years ago, and the story still holds up in the audiobook. It's about a teenage girl discovering who she is when she has always felt a little different from those around her. Her discovery of witchcraft is seemingly realistic (except for the fantastical bits that makes it fiction, obviously), and the group of characters each develop their own stories as the series progresses. In my opinion, the series does not truly start to take off until book 4, and the book 6 (which audible has not finished the series, which is EXTREMELY frustrating!) is where the deeper story starts to overtly take shape. But it is completely worth it!! If you enjoy witch fiction I highly recommend this series. I read quite a lot of witch fiction and it is in my top 5.

Everything is perfect! Story is intricately woven and makes u feel as though u know the characters and are invested in the outcome. The heroine is inspiring. Narration is beyond excellent; can’t emphasize enough how important the narrator is - her vocal tone, inflections, accents and pacing all serve to immerse you into the story and make u need to keep listening. Which I will definitely will. Thank you for this wonderful series!

Dark Magick Bk 4

Main character, Morgan learns about herself and wiccan witchcraft and our author is REMARKABLE is providing real facts about the wiccan world and in our characters world - another granola based tree hugger trying to teach the world "do not harm"
The amount of research our author has done is noticeable and she teaches Morgan the power of feeling good as a young woman and not allowing others to walk all over you.

I LOVED this series! I only wish the audibles didn't stop at book 5 when there are several other books in the series after book 5.

The Narrator really does a great job and the author has created such a great story I continue to be drawn into, especially as recent events unfolded with Cal and Morgan.

Overall the story was well thought out

This story grew on me. It was good Until the end where there seems to be a cliff hanger. Will there be a book 5?

Good read

I’ve enjoyed the series so far. It’s interesting and each book leaves you with a cliffhanger! It’s really disappointing that the whole series isn’t available though.

This is a wonderful series and I am disheartened to know there’s only one more book on audibles. Please bring the other books to finish the series. It is a great series!

Seeing clearly

The end of book three was intense and bewildering. Obviously, Cal controls Morgan, it's not real love, I think that's why Hunter and Sky sigils her house so maybe she can see. I can't believe that Cal and Morgan might have killed Hunter, I suspect that he might be Morgan's soulmate! So Hunter thankfully isn't dead, Morgan is so happy and relieved she didn't kill him, unlike Cal who wishes they did. Morgan starts seeing things in Cal she didn't like, when he tries to sleep with her, she can't do it, she keeps feeling something is wrong especially after her 17th birthday and she almost killed Hunter. Her friends in Practical Magick, David, and Alyce warn her to be careful and to ask for help. Morgan and Hunter share a mind connection and they both discover many things about each other, then she does it with Sky, they scry on Cal and Selen, and Morgan discovers many horrible things.
