Out of several techniques, this taught me the most

I've given myself ten days to prepare for my technician license exam. I've read study guides, taken practice exams, attempted to simply memorize answers from the practice exams, and nothing has helped me quite as much as this book has. The narrative is entertaining and informative and it makes everything make sense so I don't need to memorize answers as much. my exam is tonight and in very confident after having finished this book and seeing the results in practice exams since finishing it.

Excellent book for those who want to learn to operate a ham radio

I'm taking a ham radio class, and one of my fellow students recommended this book to me. It is fantastic. Written really well for a novice to understand the basics needed to pass the basic test and get a radio technician license. And the author does a nice job reading it.

It works & an I passed my Technician exam on my first time.

Michael has a great voice and very interesting and humorous teaching style. I listened in the car on the commute to work for a few weeks. I also down loaded the free ham radio exam app by RoyWatson. Great for testing my knowledge. When I was scoring I the high 80s and 90s went in and took the test. Pasted first try.. Hoping he will release future General and Extra Class exam tutorials in the future. Thanks Michael!

Excellent audio book, lots of information, I hope to see additional audio books added that cover the General and Extra class licenses soon.

Also a note to the author...
My personal opinion, I would like to see a longer pause between the end of that last question, additional information and the next question. It feels like the questions "run together", meaning i'm trying to finish absorbing the information that was JUST talked about and Michael is already moving on to the next question. Gives the feeling that it's being "rushed".

Passed my Technician Exam!

This book was instrumental in my passing my Technician Exam. I listened to it 3 times to let it all soak in. Michael Burnette is good humored,easy to listen to and a pleasure to learn from. I especially liked that I could refer to illustrations in the hard copy and kindle copy of this book.
I highly suggest this book to anyone studying for their Technician exam. I have already downloaded and listened once to the general class book, about to start my second listen.

Got this a week before I took my test and passed without an issue. Wish there was an audio book for the General test. getting this is a no brainer.
