I loved the characters and the story. it had twists and turns as I look forward to from Lisa Gardener. It was painful to listen to the narrator. I felt like I was listening to Ellen Degeneres the entire time. I love Ellen, but unless she's reading a book about a fish, I'll pass.

The narrators attempts to do the male voices were laughable. I wish I had listened to the sample before I purchased the book. I would not have purchased it. I honestly don't even want to finish listening and I'm not even half way through.

lisa gardner is now on my favorite author list, the killing hour was great- very suspenseful, you had to keep listening to see if they'd find the girls- kept your interest throughout and now I can't wait to listen to all she wrote!! not too gruesome & just enough love interest thrown in to make you smile.

Absolutely one of the BEST books I have listened to in a long time!! Lisa Gardner out does herself with this book! I listen to a minimum of 5 books a month! She ranks up there with the best of the best. The narrator is equally as good. I rank Anna Fields up there with Dick Hill. Fantastic!!!
