Basically just the first part of a story

Voice actor did a good job with using different voices for the characters, but the story itself felt like the first part of a book rather than a complete story that leads into another one. Also didn't feel like there was much going on with Boba Fett as much as other characters talking about him.

Good Book

Good story. Good performance.I would recommend this book to a friend who’s a fan of StarWars.

Loved it!!

Boba Fett is one of the most renowned SW characters, despite his lack of presence on the big screen. this look into events that occurred after, despite being Legends at this point, still offered a solid adventure of one of the galaxy's most dangerous beings.

Good book

the only issue I had with the audible version of this book is that, at times, the background sound effects were so loud that you couldn't hear the narrator.

Excellent Bounty Hunter fare

I really enjoyed this audiobook with all of the added audio and special effects, it felt every bit as good as a movie. There were just one or two moments when the sound effects overpowered the dialogue but honestly, the same happens during a movie so I wasn’t that bothered. You could piece together what was said from context. Definitely high recommendation from me

Classic Star Wars storytelling!

I wore out the cassette tape of this audiobook series I had back in the day, and the CD version was stolen. Audible was the obvious next step... this trilogy is one of the best. Boba Fett is alive!

not a star wars worthy book...

no lore, good performance but failed to capture the true star wars theme. boba is far deeper than this story ever makes him feel. i really didn't feel anyone but bossk had good representation.

I don't like abridged versions

It was good, but too short. I feel like I was missing out on a lot. I remember reading this as a kid and wanting to read the other Fett books, but after buying all 3 of this "series" and listening to the first book, I think I may have been gypped. It seems like they split one book into 3. So I basically paid the price of 3 books for one. Of course I may be a little spoiled because I just finished the unabridged Lord of the Rings books. Going from around 10-20 hours of listening per book to just a few can make anyone seem like they were cheated.
I liked the added sound effects though.

Sound quality

The story was good, the reader was good but the audio was very very quiet. I listen to a lot of audiobooks and I had to turn this up almost to max to hear it. At time the background music overtook the reading.

Better story than we got in a certain tv show

I chose this story instead of what a certain corporate entity gave us.

Because Boba Fett here is portrayed as a clever, ruthless and very effective character and just as he were in The Empire Strikes Back. I love that.
