i liked all the things and i am very interested to know about these things.

This book helps you to create a training routine suitable for you based on body weight. However, it does not promise you to do it in a matter of days.

A good book. An excellent book and a resource that should be read by anyone hoping to succeed in life. Thanks to the author! Recommended!

yes.
They were featured on a leadership podcast, that's where I first heard about it.

Any additional comments?

Excellent book. I love this book. This book totally great. This book had a lot of good points and great information. I thought it was well worth my time. I highly recommend this book.
