This is the Mental Bible of Baseball!

tap into your actual potential and remain consistently in the zone for lengthy periods. Once I read this book I stopped having slumps at the plate, and gained an enormous advantage over the opponent, whether hitting or pitching. Its positive thinking in to action, Slows the game down in your mind and puts you in control of yourself like never before in the brief moments when it counts.
