Learning to meditate is one of the loveliest gifts I've ever given myself. Meditation is an ancient tradition that has been scientifically studied and shown to have a big positive impact on our minds and bodies. It's easy to learn, but needs regular practice. It's worth trying - as once you've learnt it; you'll truly have a skill for a happier life.

I highly recommend this book/audio book to anyone as it will help you to learn lots of techniques and tips on how to meditate yourself for you to achieve happiness and peace.

What I love about this You're All You Need book is the Meditation Sessions.

This book has actionable strategies and techniques on how to relieve stress and anxiety, how to find inner peace, build self-esteem as well as to find joy and happiness using meditation. Through this book, I was able to learn and discover more about meditation, how you stand to benefit by meditating as well as how to meditate for stress relief, and a lot more.
