Publisher's Summary

Originally featured in You: Breathing Easy, Breath Energy Awareness features a seven-minute meditation in which you'll use your breath to awaken your vital energy to help align your body, mind and spirit - an exercise that you'll want to hear and practice again and again! Nothing is more fundamental to living than breathing. But just because you've been doing it all your life doesn't mean you can't do it better. Breathing well is also central to meditation, relaxation and other practices that slow down the aging process and feel great while you're doing it. Expanding on the life-extending program introduced in You: Staying Young, Drs. Michael Roizen and Mehmet Oz now bring you this powerful exercise from their original audio program You: Breathing Easy, designed to help you enjoy all the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits that come from truly breathing easy. Very Nice; glad I read reviews first

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

To certain friends, yes. These types of meditation are not for everybody, & I respect the beliefs of others.

If you’ve listened to books by Michael F. Roizen and Mehmet C. Oz before, how does this one compare?

it is a short guided visualization narrated by a woman, not a full size book read by authors or professional narrator,

Have you listened to any of the narrator’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have not. I like her voice.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I had a pleasant reaction. I felt serene after listening...& "connected" in some way.

Any additional comments?

A beautiful listen at the end of the day.
