This is the first Oz book I've listened to and I found it interesting and helpful - will look for others. However, there's very little about breathing here, and the exercises are rudimentary - which is why I rate it low. If you're interested in a better breathing book, try Andrew Weils' Breathing: The Master Key to Self Healing on Audible.

This is a well thought out audio presented by two top professionals that can speak to the lay-person. A wonderful overview that doesn't bog us all down in more detail than we need. If more detail is required there is a pdf supplement. The second chapter is a well done exercise on relaxation and meditation, all part of the breathing process. Definitely a keeper.
