Irritating voice narrator

I totally adore Dr. Joe Dispenza. He is brilliant and his books have changed my life. I love voice of the British guy that narrated his audio books. But for this audio meditation, Joe Dispenza narrated it himself. Unfortunately, his voice grates on my nerves so badly that i cant relax or listen to it. He sounds like Steven Hawking...in space. I will have to use the meditation script and record my own audio. I am thankful for the script and for all of Joe's hard work.

Feels exhilarating & Powerful & transforming

I listened on audible to the author’s inspiring book YOU ARE THE PLACEBO which presents so much scientific research and anecdotal evidence and author’s experience that I was totally pumped up for this meditation. You can’t get much from this meditation I don’t think without first being psyched up by the book. In the last chapter of the book he recommends doing this meditation daily. I moaned to hear it was 45 minutes long but I’ve been doing it a week now on first waking and finding it to be an exhilarating way to start my day and to start living into the future I want for myself. Listening to the sample on audible I thought it very weird but it’s only 5 bucks so was totally worth at least trying. Then when I heard the whole thing it didn’t seem weird after all but rather brilliant actually how it steps you through the process of connecting you with life force energy and then becoming pure consciousness where you forget yourself and finally experiencing yourself as you envision your new life. Feels powerful and I believe is moving me where I want to go. In the past I’ve done a great deal in the external world for my health but this daily meditation feels like that by bringing in the power of the mind I’m engaging a powerful force I had always neglected since I didn’t realize it’s great value. The two big differences between this meditation (number 2) and his other meditation (number 1) is the length (this one is 45 minutes and the other is an hour) and how many aspects of your life you focus on in the meditation (this one is one aspect of your life while the other steps you through two aspects). I took the shorter one to save time. Though I’m probably not supposed to, I think of multiple health aspects of my life in this meditation viewing whole health as the focus of the meditation. One thing I wish the author did in YOU ARE THE PLACEBO is offer guidance about how to use this meditation over time. Once you start to see results, is that the time to switch your meditation to a different aspect of your life? While occasionally going back to the earlier aspect as a refresher? Or if you want to work on multiple issues, can you focus on a different one each day, repeating a rotation?

A worthy discipline!

You need to have watched Dr. Joe's videos, there's a wealth of them on YouTube, alog with interviews he's done. Read at least one book of his books. I recently attended one of his progressive workshops and it deepened my understanding of this meditation and it's affects.

This is a lovely and worthy discipline of one's well being!

The Best

its the best meditation experience I've ever had. I can't recommend it enough. I found the one issue rather than two at a time to be most comfortable. Book was mandatory

50 minute meditation

i have been really getting into Joe Dispenza's work lately, and have wanted to incorporate his meditations. when I heard the sample, I was worried the meditation would sound like that the whole time, but it's actually nice when you're listening to the whole thing. the "in space" part is only for the first 15 minutes or so. At first I wasn't the biggest fan of the "in space" parts, but actually now I like that he repeats that. it helps me focus on the exercise.

I've been reading his books along side this meditation, and I've already noticed a difference in my life just doing this mediation for a few days.
