Publisher's Summary

Do you love to read, and have you ever toyed with the idea of writing and publishing your own work someday? And do you have a vision to change people's lives for the better?
Each person has a story to tell and if given the right opportunity, would love to share it with others. There's so much to say, and a willing audience is waiting for that inspiration that only you can provide. The dream to write is one that can easily be a reality with determination, the right knowledge, and tools at your fingertips.
In this audiobook, Matthew shares his best practices to help you make that dream come true. The tips he gives are simple and practical, all a product of his own experiences. It's designed to help you avoid the difficulties a lot of new writers fall into. He'll tell you how passion, perseverance, and a lot of love poured into any work can bring forth excellent results. You'll hear about how it's possible to overcome obstacles that may appear in your path with the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit.
The books you write may not be perfect, and they may not turn out to be what you envisioned them to be, but if they can change the life of just one person, the effort will be worthwhile.

What disappointed you about Writing and Self-Publishing Christian Nonfiction?

This was someone pimping themselves and their virtues rather than teaching you about writing and self-publishing Christian Nonfiction as the title implies.

What was most disappointing about Matthew Robert Payne’s story?

Probably that it was self-centered and self-absorbed and the narrator was horrible to listen too. I don't like bashing books, I try hard to give them all a chance, but this one was just too much for me to handle. Considering that I've listened to over 260 Audible books, this is only the second time I've been forced to give up and regret my purchase.

What didn’t you like about Steve Ryan’s performance?

Nauseating...this is not someone you should hire to read a book for you unless you want people to tune you and your message out.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Writing and Self-Publishing Christian Nonfiction?

I would remove all of the grand-standing and self-absorbed comments.

Any additional comments?

I bought this book based on the reviews...15 of them...mostly positive...I did not see any negative reviews. I'm not sure how the author got 15 people to lie about his book, this was absolutely useless!!! That is why I am posting this one in hopes to warn others from making the same mistake I made and not wasting their money. I do not want to be mean, but garbage is garbage. Even if this guy has self-published 10 books already...he needs to learn a whole lot more before publishing one with this title.
