Publisher's Summary

When we feel that we aren't enough, or that we aren't good enough, we also fear that we'll never have enough.
Money. We love it. We hate it. If we don't have enough, we're struggling to get more. If we do have it, we're fighting to hold on to it. Why does money have to be such a source of anxiety? Is it possible to find peace? Yes! According to master integrative coach Nancy Levin, the real key to creating financial freedom isn't changing what we do, it's changing our limiting beliefs - and that requires more than just learning how to invest.
In Worthy, Nancy makes an essential, eye-opening connection: the state of our net worth is a direct reflection of our self-worth. Then she shows us how to get to the root of the problem and do the internal work that's needed to replace feelings of unworthiness with a solid sense of our own value. Filled with inspiring real-life stories and thought-provoking questions and answers, her 10-step plan helps us to:

Get real about the money issues we face every day
Examine the excuses we use to avoid creating the life we really want
Be willing to see ourselves as worthy of abundance in all its forms
Take back our financial power - and watch amazing things start to happen

Whether we're looking for financial ease or a new relationship with money and ourselves, Worthy will give us the tools to clear the path for wholeness, fulfillment, and richness in all areas of our lives, not just in our bank accounts.

An incredible synthesis From Pioneer

Would you consider the audio edition of Worthy to be better than the print version?

I deeply appreciated Nancy Levin's wisdom from her years working with top authors an
mentors in the field of personal development and life sciences.

I am so glad that Nancy has created an easy to follow map of her authentic stories and resulting insights and that we can share in her guidance.

The subject matter is one of the most critical for all of us and the manner in which she approaches the connections between self worth and net worth is quite refreshing and inspiring.

No real help on learning to increase self worth

I don't understand all the great reviews. This is just a bunch of drivel and related things that her clients are suffering from. There is no real answers on increasing your self-worth.

Nancy Levin is brilliant!

What made the experience of listening to Worthy the most enjoyable?

The exercises are SO GOOD! They really shifted my thinking.

What other book might you compare Worthy to, and why?

There are similarities to Debbie Ford's book Dark Side of the Light Chasers, which is understandable as Debbie was her teacher. But they are different and Nancy has brought her own experience to create the exercises.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I listened to a chapter a day when I was on retreat and I did all the exercises. It is worth re-listening to, it is so good!

To hippy for me

I thought I could get through the meditations and work with some practical examples, but I was disappointed.
I've now found a book which is more tangible and more to my way of thinking of working.
Never mind you live and learn
