Publisher's Summary

Working out consistently leads to increased confidence, a healthier body and a more focused mind. This hypnosis uses neuro-linguistic programming to help you stop procrastinating, live healthily and achieve a rock solid workout routine.
This audiobook includes:
Day version: This quick version is great for daytime use when you are able to relax and close your eyes. It can be used bright and early at the start of your day, or during your off time.
Night version: This hypnosis is designed to be used during sleep. It starts with the hypnosis and gradually becomes a subliminal message - bypassing your conscious and directly reaching your subconscious wiring. Listen to this version on a low volume.
It is recommended to listen to either the day or night version for at least three weeks or whenever you feel it would be beneficial for you. Use this hypnosis to make exercise a daily habit and get the motivation to succeed in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Great addition to my motivation collection

What did you love best about Workout Motivation?

I loved the motivation factor is provided. It's a very fast way to remind you why you need and should want to work out in the first place. Sometimes I stop it mid-track and just go workout. It's effective for me and has helped me stay on routine more times than I can count now.

Have you listened to any of Jason Kappus’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

The narration is very well done and can be listened to multiple times without getting bored of the narrator's performance.

What did you learn from Workout Motivation that you would use in your daily life?

What a fun and fast way to get motivated. This is definitely a bit of a mind hack, going from not wanting to work out to craving it like that. Fantastic!
