Would you consider the audio edition of Weight Loss Success to be better than the print version?
Yes! The print version cannot beat the binaural beats, subliminal messages, relaxing music and positive affirmations. This audiobook gets you into a relaxed state, allowing the words to penetrate your subconscious, for lack of a better way to explain it. Basically, the audio version helps you really associate and relate to the affirmations (if you let them).

I love that there is more than one version of the affirmations. There is a section for night time listening and daytime listening.
Which scene was your favorite?
I personally prefer the daytime affirmations, as I normally need the most motivation in the morning.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No, you need to break this audiobook into section. Listen to the daytime version in the morning or afternoon, and the night time version before bed or in the evening when you want to wind down.

This is NOT a replacement for a good diet and exercise. This audiobook is more like a dieting coach that motivates you and reminds you why you want to lose weight in the first place. It will help keep you MENTALLY on track, but the rest is up to you. Dieting and staying healthy is much, much easier when you are mentally prepared and ready for that kind of challenge. It's really half the battle.
