The latest groundbreaking tome from Tim Ferriss, the number-one New York Times best-selling author of The 4-Hour Workweek. For the last two years, I've interviewed more than 200 world-class performers for my podcast, The Tim Ferriss Show. The guests range from super celebs (Jamie Foxx, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc.) and athletes (icons of powerlifting, gymnastics, surfing, etc.) to legendary Special Operations commanders and black-market biochemists. For most of my guests, it’s the first time they’ve agreed to a two-to-three-hour interview.

These days, no one in America feels immune to violence. But now, in this extraordinary, groundbreaking book, the nation's leading expert on predicting violent behavior unlocks the puzzle of human violence and shows that, like every creature on earth, we have within us the ability to predict the harm others might do us and get out of its way. Contrary to popular myth, human violence almost always has a discernible motive and is preceded by clear warning signs.

Thumbs up!
Max's voice is pleasant and there are no major distractions in the 'soothing' background noise. He has a sensible approach to weight loss and balances hypnosis with accepted medical advice. None of the hypnotic suggestions are ridiculous, as he advocates 'eat less, exercise more' throughout. This is an aware hypnotic state audiobook, so don't plan to sleep through it. I like this style, because I like to know the messages I'm absorbing. I'm looking forward to listening to this book every day until my junk food eating habits become a thing of the past and I think it will come very soon. I felt energized and positive at the end of the tape. Good luck to you!

FINALLY ONE THAT WORKS!!!
Would you listen to Weight Loss Now again? Why?
I love Max's tone of voice and that he doesn't do the "sing-song" drawing out of words. This is day two of listening, and it is working for me.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Weight Loss Now?
Successful hypnosis is the only thing that works for my cravings and emotional eating. My in person DR passed, so have been in limbo until now. Max is the perfect fit for me and my unruly mind.
What does Max Kirsten bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Everything that Max says, the way he says it, and the subject matter is on point for successful weight loss assistance.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
IT WORKS FOR ME AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!
Any additional comments?
If you want a very positive hypnosis experience, please do yourself a favor and try any of Max's CDs. Truly life changing if you are open to this form of assistance.
