Refreshing Affirmations that Motivate
Any additional comments?
It is refreshing to hear a set of affirmations that don't make me hate the body I have now. Instead, I was reminded to celebrate what I have now, while working towards a more healthy body.
The emphasize is on health, longevity, healthy eating, exercise and a positive attitude. I like this much better than just focusing on losing pounds. Weight loss is so much more than that, and these affirmations line up with a more positive and long-term outlook towards weight loss.
Plus, the music in them is up beat, which means I can listen to them while exercising or getting pumped up to go to the gym. Two thumbs up!
