I found this soothing and effective
What made the experience of listening to Vipassana Meditation the most enjoyable?
The narrator's voice is very calming, so it's easy to get into a relaxed state. It's an easy to follow meditation. I enjoyed learning Vipassana, which is basically becoming aware of your breathing and becoming more present while realizing what the true reality is instead of what you want it to be. It's eye opening and beautiful.
