Publisher's Summary

A self-help hypnotherapy recording for children aged about 6-9 years who are suffering from verbal bullying or teasing. Gentle & relaxing, it gives them a way to release negative feelings and helps them feel more confident about dealing with name calling and mean behaviour. It boosts their self-esteem.
It is important to remember that this recording is designed to help your child feel calmer and stronger and more able to cope with the stress of verbal bullying in whatever guise it takes. Remember, however, that serious bullying will still need to be addressed by the parent at school or in whichever environment the bullying is taking place. And regular listening is the key to success!

Not at all what I expected

What disappointed you about Verbal Bullying?

The title completely distorts the content and the content has no contextual frame. It is basically a straight up hypnotherapy CD in an annoying tone that offers no explanation of the technique or why it is useful etc. I would not recommend it.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

yes
