Practical and applicable book in stress management

This book had a Simple way of explaining our physiologic and mental reaction to stress, and why it is harmful. It gives helpful and practical ways to think and behave about situations differently.

Been Here, Heard This!

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

How could the performance have been better?

A professional narrator. The narration was labored with uncomfortable sentence breaks in the wrong places.
