Great material.

This book really helped me understand my body , release muscle tension and breath deeply. I havent listened to it for a long time only cause the information were well absorbed so narration was excellent as well.

Waste of money

Mark Hyman spends half the tape waffling on about what causes stress. We know what causes stress. $10 is too much money for this book. Don't waste your money on this book.
