Must Read

I've read/listened to many books on this subject and this by far is one of the best yet. The author has a very loving direct way of presenting these topics. Six sensory living is something everyone does to a minor extent, but she really explains how we can increase our power and love by focusing on living like this. And her suggestions are very easy it's not like she is suggesting you change your whole life. However by taking her advice, I've noticed how my life has changed for the better. I am more patient, loving, forgiving and much happier. Great Book!

My Vibes Were Right

This book just called to me to read it and I am so glad I did. I listen to lots of audio books even from this genre, and this is one I just love. Sonia is so refreshing to listen to. She seems to speak from the heart in an easy to understand way. It feels like she is a friend sitting in your living room just sharing some very great secrets that will change your life.
My favorite insight (although there were several) was an easy way to program your subconscious to default to the direction of your higher self instead of your ego. Impressive work beginning to end!
