Publisher's Summary

Have you ever felt that you are doing your best, trying your hardest, yet never seem to come out a winner? Maybe the problem isn't what you are doing, but what you are not doing. Frequently, what we think is more important than what we do. What we think actually determines our actions. So, in order to win in life, you need to develop the correct mindset. You need a Warrior Mindset.
The Warrior Mindset: The Secrets of Learning How to Be Assertive and Go From Victimhood to Warriorhood, shows you how self-defeating thoughts can keep you from getting what you want in life, and how a Warrior Mindset will keep moving you ahead.
This book takes you through the necessary step to develop the correct mindset to succeed in life, against your opponents, in business and in relationships. Our life is the result of the choices we make, and The Warrior Mindset helps you think better and more clearly in order to make the best choices that will lead to success. Victims are limited by their thinking and circumstances. Warriors think beyond limitations and learn to deal with all circumstances. Instead of remaining victims, they defeat negative circumstances and end up winners in life, business and romance.

True warrior thinking

Short and to the point.
Very good reminders.

Need to listen frequently to refresh your mind and re-energize.

How do I give less than 1 star? Save yourself the credit

This audiobook was very disappointing. It consists largely of lists of the authors opinions ( a warrior does x, a victim does y) which amount to the overall position that it's good to be a warrior and it's bad to be a victim. Disturbingly, the victim personality tends to be portrayed as having characteristics that are traditionally feminine and in traditionally female dominated roles. Perhaps most disturbing is the direct link the author makes between "choosing" not to be a victim and taking martial arts training for self defence purposes. If you can get past the overt sexism, there is very little useful teaching that occurs in this book, aside from gems like: Work on being more confident. So while there may be things you agree with (as working on being more confident seems positive), you're left wondering how to implement them and thinking to yourself "Didn't I buy this audiobook to teach me to do that?"
