It's not a diet book it's a life book
It's like Dr. Phil is talking directly to you. No one could narrate this better. With my unhealthy relationship with food this is just the push I need to get me headed in the right direction. It's not a restrictive diet plan. It's not about willpower. In this book you will self evaluate yourself and your relationship with food with Dr. Phil's guidance. The seven keys are techniques to live your life and have a healthy relationship with food.
