Stacy Allen must not have listenend to the entire book. In fact, she must not have gotten past the Foreword. I am not very far into it myself, but in Chapter Two Nick explains step by step how to tap in a very clear and practical way. I don't think it is fair to Nick or anyone interested in this book to jump so quickly at making false statements in a review.
I am only as far as Chapter 3 and his explanation of the technique in Chapter 2 has already taught me a lot.

Yes, I will likely listen to this book and use its strategies again and again. I have already benefited from tapping on anxiety issues and health issues with great results.
I actually stumbled upon this book while researching another topic entirely, but it sounded so captivating that I took the plunge and purchased it.
The method for implementing Tapping is clearly laid out and coached by the author. I have no idea what a previous reviewer was talking about when saying that the author never explains the technique itself. This is simply false.
This is one self help book that provides useful and highly beneficial techniques that are simple to implement and REALLY WORK! Don't hesitate.
