Publisher's Summary

Best-selling author Jack Canfield believes that you can do anything. Having seen amputees play winning baseball and wrestle at the varsity level, he says that the biggest hindrance to success is the words "I can't". If, instead, you set concrete goals and deadlines, and regularly visualize success, your mind will find ways around obstacles. In this live presentation, Canfield shows you:
How what you think makes you weak or strong

The Rule of Five for achieving your "breakthrough" goal

Not the whole thing

It is more like an introduction/presentation to his book. He mentions a few of the principles that come in his "The Success Principles" book and leaves out most of the material. The speaker is entertaining and it is really easy to follow his speech. Good structure and examples. A good start but incomplete in a way.
