Story
The greatest contribution of the ancient shamans to modern healing is the understanding that in the course of any life we are liable to suffer soul loss - the loss of parts of our vital energy and identity - and that to be whole and well, we must find the means of soul recovery. Moss teaches that our dreams give us maps we can use to find and bring home our lost or stolen soul parts. He shows how to recover animal spirits and ride the windhorse of spirit to places of healing and adventure in the larger reality.

Publisher's summary
Enter Shamanism's Secret World of Insight, Wisdom, and Healing
Over 40,000 years ago, the first shamans ventured into the spirit realms in search of wisdom and healing. What they found, teaches Sandra Ingerman, was a secret world of teachers, animal spirits, and the soul fragments of those suffering in the ordinary world. The Soul Retrieval Journey reveals a stunning insight understood by those first shamans: that when lost parts of the soul return to the body, the mind, body, and spirit heal.
In The Soul Retrieval Journey, you will learn:
- Shamanic perspectives on illness
- Soul retrieval - a step-by-step description
- How to use rituals, song, dance, sacred space, prayer, and talismans to welcome your soul home
- And much more

Turning the other cheek does not mean standing by while the enemies of God dismantle Christian civilization and brainwash our children. Decrying the cowardice that masquerades as meekness, Eric Metaxas summons the Church to battle. An attenuated and unbiblical “faith” based on what Bonhoeffer called “cheap grace” has sapped the spiritual vitality of millions of Americans. Paying lip service to an insipid “evangelism,” they shrink from combating the evils of our time. Metaxas refutes the pernicious lie that fighting evil politicizes Christianity.

The Qur'an, believed by Muslims to be the word of God, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad 1,400 years ago. It is the supreme authority in Islam and the living source of all Islamic teaching; it is a sacred text and a book of guidance that sets out the creed, rituals, ethics, and laws of the Islamic religion. It has been one of the most influential books in the history of literature. Recognized as the greatest literary masterpiece in Arabic, it has nevertheless remained difficult to understand in its English translations.

Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The luminous energy field, also called the light body, halo, or aura, is a translucent, multicolored matrix that envelops and surrounds us, extending just beyond the body in all directions. This field organizes our physical body as well as our thoughts and emotions. The luminous energy field contains a template of how we live, how we age, how we heal, and how we might die. This template is based on an "archive" of all of our personal and ancestral memories, early-life trauma, and wounds from former lifetimes. These records or imprints are stored in full color and intensity of emotion.

Can't wait to experience a soul-retrieval!!
After listening to Sandra Ingerman's book on Soul Retrieval, I can see how important it is to bring that spiritual aspect of myself back home. I realize that there has been a feeling of depression and withdrawal inside of me and I can see how powerful it will be to call in those parts of myself of my soul back to my body that have been lost from me. It is essential to connect with your spiritual nature and with nature itself. I can also see now see how important it is to let your heart sing, to find something that makes you passionate and that brings you home to your inner creativity. By bringing those parts of your soul back home, you can open up to feel your own sense being come alive and your connection to The Creator inside of you! I'm really excited about experiencing a soul retrieval. Sandra has done a brilliant job with writing this book and explaining why it's important to come back to your wholeness. I am going to read listen to it a second time.

Love Sandra Ingerman
This book has given me so much. I'm so glad she narrates her own books, although there are a few she doesn't narrate and that is a loss to the listener. I know her voice sounds a bit monotone, but I don't mind, and think it's appropriate for the subject matter. For these types of "self help" books, it's almost always a travesty when the authors doesn't narrate their own books. I know it's not their fault, I bet the publishing company makes that decision, but a not-so-good narrator ruins an entire book

Another fabulous book by Sandra Ingerman
I just love when the author narrates their own book. Sandra Ingerman explains this process in a manner that can be understood regardless how long, if ever, you have practiced soul retrieval. And in a way that can be applied in any religion or culture, as shamanism is not a religion. I can’t even say how many times I’ve listened to this book 💖🙏💖
