I have struggled on and off with sleep issues for years. Most of the books I have got on this subject are just a total mess - always either too simple or too medical. This was different. A concise and easy to follow format which has resulted in me finally getting a proper nights sleep almost every night now

More sleep!

Sleep is so so important yet it is something many of us don’t get enough of and don’t even try to make better. I personally found my insomnia getting worse as i got older (and by default more worries and things to think about). Followed all the tips in this book and i would say 75% of them work. Most importantly my sleep is so much better now, leaving me feeling more relaxed and refreshed in the morning. Good value for money, very cheap price when you consider how much great advice it contains.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Well if they had sleep issues then yes definitely! I myself was recommend this book by a friend and i loved it, finally helped me with my long lasting sleep issues.

What other book might you compare The Pretty Damn Concise Guide to...Insomnia to, and why?

Not really a scene but I liked how it was peppered with advice thru out.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes but i broke it up over a few days.

Great narration. Book was very easy to understand. All of the advice was not difficult to apply. Really grateful for this book, it has helped me so much.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I have to admit I was a little dubious when i first got this book and listened to the first few minutes - however, very quickly I started to receive a lot of very useful advice that I found very simple and easy to implement.<br/><br/>I can honestly say my insomnia started to improve immediately and within a matter of a few weeks it was almost completely gone. I still have the occasional night where sleep is bad, but I have had a mammoth improvement since getting this book and I owe it a lot.
