Dr. Murphy doesn't preach or seek to exclude anyone. He simply lays the foundation for self-improvement through the scientific use of prayer concepts as a means of tapping your subconscious powers. The techniques that the author advocates probably aren't like the way you were taught to pray in church; they are probably more effective than anything you have ever experienced. The portions of the audiobook on the utilization of dreams are also excellent.

Great read, to the point and concise
Great summary, I liked that it is divided by chapters with a headline for each so it is easy to move forward if not interested. Also ii’s great that each chapter goes straight to the point lasting no more than 2 minutes and giving out techniques for practice
