Dry but worth sticking with it

Given as a lecture I suspect, the author comes off as a textbook with theories and philosophies. That being said, after a few repeats to grasp what he was saying and subsequent practice I did discover that his technique works. It is something that needs to be consciously and repetitively worked on however if you keep at it, you will see results.
