it is something I play during my daily run.

I use this to improve my self-esteem and it helps with my run time. Everyday I am building my mental and physical health together and it helps me feel good during a hard 3 mile run (for me this is a big step started at 30 seconds only a day). I think if you are struggling with self esteem and depression issues playing this while exercising is great for building yourself up.
