As someone who works with " Old money" for living , I would not recommend this book .

This book offers a cursory overview of certain quintessentially American values that act as a laudable strategy for dealing with challenges in 21st century life. It is not by any means comprehensive, and should not be expected to be so. It is also not a "get-rich-quick" book, or even a "get-rich-slowly" book. It is a book that educates one on the basics of how to make those decisions that will lead to a manageable, comfortable, and enjoyable life; as well as how to avoid those decisions that would lead to the opposite. There were some minor problems in narration, but by the time one is a quarter of the way through the audiobook, she will be thoroughly invested in the remaining three quarters.

the new definition of OMG old money guy/gal.. education, manners, conservative spending and clothing, thought out travel plans, second hand cars, discretion/privacy, carefully chosen media exposure, long term approach, healthy living, Old Money ubiquitous with long term money I think, I thought this book was written perhaps one hundred years ago it was actually published in 2014. "Tattoos? This book is not for you" :) thank you dear brother for recommending this one and Byron Tully for sharing your thoughts. challenging at times because reminded me of poor decisions I'd made at times.
