Starts and ends with commercials

This book starts and ends with long commercials for his other books or products. In between the commercials it's not bad, but not that great either. I would not buy it again and I'm thinking of returning it.

Some helpful info but not too much

I rarely leave reviews but just had higher hopes for this audio book. At least 1/2 of the audiobook was him going through various routines he's tried in his life. Mundane and repetitive and not super helpful. At least it was short but even by listening to it at 2.5 speed I was just wanting it to end. Maybe other got more and I certainly wish the author the best in his endeavors. But this was not a book I would recommend to others in a strong way.

an okay book

It really just offered his experience of setting a routine. it was interesting but could have been supported by more facts to give what he was saying more credibility
