One of Brian Tracy's Best

First off, it's not a "how to be self-disciplined," it's really about the "miraculous" benefits of being self-disciplined in numerous areas of life and ways that you can use self-discipline to improve these areas. Tracy re-uses much of the material he's used in his other books, with a slant toward self-discipline for each area. He covers each topic with just about the right amount of depth (he's written entire books on several of them, such as goal setting). At the end, there's a "bonus" chapter after he's wrapped up the program that gives additional pointers in a number of additional areas.

Finally, there's also a PDF downloadable workbook that provides what's essentially an outline of the program along with all of Tracy's recommended action exercises at the end of each chapter with places to write answers to questions and make additional notes. This is a valuable addition to an audio-only program since there's no book from which to work.

Overall, it's excellent content and a very good value for the credit.

Same Info as No Excuses

Great info. Brian Tracy is incredible. The only caveat is that it's the same info as covered in the book No Excuses. I bought both thinking that they would compliment each other. But it's 95% the same.
