Not impressed

I couldn't eat through this. The information was so obvious to me. I have heard almost all of it before and was interested in the "miracle morning". This didn't seem very focused on that specific element. It was all over the place, even getting into autism - and as someone who knows a lot about autism I could even argue some of the information he gives on that.

Why is a man narrating this story?

How did the narrator detract from the book?

I found it odd hearing the story narrated by a man, when the majority of the story was written by a woman. Caught off guard when he is narrating intimate things, that are clearly from a woman/moms point of view. I really wanted to get into this book and being narrated by a woman I would have connected more. Im going to buy the original version and see if I can get into again!
