Dr Patrizia Collard is a psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, stress management consultant and lecturer in psychotherapy at the University of East London. The little book of mindfulness

A big book of practical. Exercises for many people's dis=eases! I listen over and over. The narraterr also has a very relaxing voice.
