Exceptional!

I have had a perfectionist condition since high school. I have been fighting it off and constantly analyzing why perfectionism was affecting me negatively. This (audio)book, however, gave me the psychological tools to further reflect upon my perfectionism and how to combat it most efficiently. Thank you to Damon Zahariades and Joe Hempel!

Life changing!

This book felt like it was speaking directly to me. I love that it’s short and practical and gives you real advice on how to make changes in trying to be perfect. I was paralyzed with fear everyday in a new job and after getting defensive after every critique from my boss, I was desperate for help. I love how this guy didn’t go into the psychology of it. It’s like, “accept you’re a perfectionist. Got it? Why are you like this? Not important. What’s important is how to retrain your brain to enjoy life.” I’m so thankful someone wrote this book for me!
