This was an interesting book on the joy of running and the benefits that come from running. Written by a clear keen, but also not an elite world level runner, this is a great book for the rest of us middle packers.

This book tells us why running is so important in one’s life and how it improves us as human beings, morally, mentally and physically.
I used this book to get myself back up and running.
I especially enjoyed the physiological,biological and psychological explanations.
I would recommend this book to any lapsed runners such as myself.
