Lot of common sense advice, but....

Lot of common sense advice, but probably a book to be read rather than heard. Sounds like my mother telling me what I should be doing-in some well-meaning way, it does help to remind one of how to take care of one's physical and spritual health.
Listening to several web addresses being read out does not make great listening.
