great way to think better and more effectively
I like that this focuses on thinking thoughts that better serve you and what you are trying to achieve. It's general enough to be applied to many business scenarios and winning mindsets. I got this as a gift for a friend who is trying to start her own business and she's expressed a lot of enthusiasm after trying it.
