Exactly What is Expected

Love this book. Recipes are easy to make, very tasty, healthy and don't require a lot of time. Ingredients are all available at any mainstream grocery store and they don't break your bank account with the cost either. Book does not have pictures for the recipes but in my case I did not need them, the instructions are clear enough and easy to follow. Book highly recommended.

Good tips

Lots of good recipes using foods I can ealily find at my grocery store. The Mediterranean diet is delicious and easy to follow and is more of a life style than a fad diet. It is easy to stick with and helps get me and my family away from unhealthy processed foods. Not having pictures in the book is not a big deal to me. I would recommend this book.

What an interesting listen

I guess this will give you everything you need to know if you want to go on this diet. There were lots of recipes. However I found it wasn't right for me

Truly a lifesaver!

My wife and I originally got this book from our local library to see what they had to say about the mediterranean diet and to get recipes. Once we opened the book we realized we needed to buy the book. The information and recipes in this are both outstanding. I'd recommend this book to anyone.
